ACTION BAITS was founded in 1998 by current owner Joe Dynarski.  We are located in Western  Arizona about a mile from Lake Havasu. Joe started ACTION BAITS to serve the hard core bass fisherman like you. It started like most hand pour companies,  with a few "copy" molds of other popular baits. The only difference at that time was color .Since then we have learned, color alone was sometimes not enough to give you a "true" edge. We now offer our own unique bait designs so you have a "completely unique bait" and a huge advantage over the crowd.  We add a slight amount of salt and a heavy dose of garlic scent to all our baits.

 Hand Poured Plastics have been receiving a lot of attention recently by winning tournaments  all across the country. "Hand Poured Plastics" originated in the Western United States. Western  anglers, for a long time, have used "Hand Pours" to "coax" finicky  bass out of deep clear reservoirs with a number of "Finesse'" tactics like Split-Shotting and Drop-Shotting. With the Drop-Shot craze a few years back, Eastern and Southern anglers took notice of "Finesse'" fishing and "Hand Pours" as a serious  tournament tool.

  "Hand Pours" differ greatly from "Injection Plastics",  they can be manufactured with a much softer consistency because of the differences in the molds used.  This softness provides much more action and natural feel to the bait.  It's a proven fact, bass hang on to the softer "Hand Pours" much longer than Injected baits. Injection molded worms are difficult to produce in multiple layered colors, This gives "Hand Pours" a definite advantage over  injection molded baits.

One of the main pigments  we use in our colors  are "Neon's".  The "Neon" pigments  reflect light  the same way a bait fish's scales do. Take a close look at a bluegill, its colors are not just green, brown, and blue. It's scales reflect many different iridescent colors like greens, blues, purples, and gold's. Shad give off  blue,  white and purple iridescence. 

  Every single fish that swims gives off iridescence.
